Hipobuy Guide 2026: How to Buy and Ship with Hipobuy

Hipobuy went from unknown to one of the most talked-about shopping agents in 2026, helped along by a steady stream of TikTok hauls. Its reputation rests on two things: competitive shipping rates and clear, upfront fees. Here's how to use it.

What Hipobuy does

Hipobuy is a shopping agent for Weidian, Taobao and 1688. You choose products, Hipobuy buys them from the sellers, receives them in its warehouse in China, takes QC photos, and ships everything to you in one parcel. It's useful because most Chinese sellers don't ship internationally or accept foreign payment.

Step 1: Find products

Hipobuy works from product links, so you need somewhere to find them. The Hipobuy spreadsheet on ChinaFinds lists 80,000+ Weidian products with photos and prices, and every product opens directly on Hipobuy.

Popular categories:

• Hipobuy shoes
• Hipobuy hoodies
• Hipobuy jackets
• Hipobuy bags

You can also search Hipobuy directly by pasting a product link into the search bar at the top of its site. Moving from another agent? The link converter turns Kakobuy, Superbuy, OOPBuy, CNFans and other agent links into Hipobuy links in bulk.

Step 2: Order

Open the product, choose your size and colour, and add it to your cart. Double-check the size chart: Chinese sizing usually runs smaller than US and EU sizing, so see our size guide if you're unsure.

Step 3: Check QC photos

When the seller's parcel arrives at Hipobuy's warehouse, your item is weighed and photographed. Use the QC photos to check size tags, colour, logos and any flaws. Ask for a return or exchange before shipping if something's wrong.

Step 4: Ship your haul

Combine your items into one parcel and pick a shipping line. Hipobuy's Shipping Estimate tool lets you compare prices and delivery times for your country before you send anything. Things to consider:

• Some lines are cheaper for heavier, bulky items like shoes and jackets.
• Some lines include import tax, which saves surprises at delivery.
• Removing shoe boxes and extra packaging can cut the weight and the price.
