LoloBuy Guide: Is the Newest Shopping Agent Worth Trying?

LoloBuy is one of the newest shopping agents for Weidian, Taobao and 1688. Here's how it works, how to place your first order, what its product pages show, and where to find LoloBuy links for 80,000+ products.

Agents

LoloBuy is one of the newest shopping agents around. New agents tend to compete hard on price and coupons to win their first customers, which can make them a good deal if you're willing to try something new. Here's how LoloBuy works.

What LoloBuy does

LoloBuy is a shopping agent for Weidian, Taobao and 1688. You pick products, LoloBuy buys them from the sellers, receives them in its warehouse in China, and ships them to you. It also offers forwarding, so you can send your own parcels from China to its warehouse and ship them with the rest of your haul.

Clear prices on every product

LoloBuy's product pages are easy to read. Each one shows:

  • The seller
  • The price in CNY and your own currency
  • The freight to the warehouse for that item

So you can see what an item will cost before you add it to your cart. Its freight estimate tool gives you an idea of international shipping before you send a parcel.

How to order from LoloBuy

  1. Find a product. The LoloBuy spreadsheet on ChinaFinds has 80,000+ Weidian finds with the seller's photos and prices. Tap any product to open it on LoloBuy.
  2. Choose your options. Pick size and colour, and check our size guide, because Chinese sizes often run small.
  3. Pay for the item and the freight to the warehouse.
  4. Check your QC photos when the item arrives at the warehouse. Our guide to QC photos shows what to look for.
  5. Ship your items together in one parcel on the line that suits you.

Coupons and activities

LoloBuy has an Activity Center with its current promotions, and new users get sign-up coupons. Register through the link on our LoloBuy spreadsheet page to make sure you get them.

Should you try LoloBuy?

Because LoloBuy is so new, there are fewer reviews to go on than for established agents. A sensible approach is to start with a small haul, use the new-user coupons, and compare the shipping quote with your usual agent. If it works out cheaper, you've found a new option.
